I have one of Sir Menelik's Rawkus EPs (Physical Jewels) and that is only so-so. The Cylcops 4000 cut I heard was great with weird, techno-style synth and strange noises. I am waiting with curiosity to hear him drop a d'n'b style record. This leads me to a question: are hip-hop fans (not the critics) receptive to the weirder stuff like Dr. Octagon, Sir Menelik and the like?
