we've started a new mailinglist for updates on nortroute, twoplayer, madvision, forcefield websites, and more more come and join the party.! read below for more check, http://nortroute.net || nortlist.. this list was initially setup by the nortroute-crew being forcefield, madvision, twoplayer, and neoouija. these four sites started the weekly internet broadcast 'nortroute' together, and want to use this list to mail you announcements and playlists. the scope of the list shortly expanded to also give you other updates from music information volunteers. so all updates of the madvision, forcefield, twoplayer, technotourist sites and probably more will go through this list. we want to see this mailing list become the list for updates about music info resource sites, such as radio shows, discographies, reviews, interviews, and more.. subscribing.. to participate you need to first subscribe. to subscribe you need to send an email to xxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx - easy as that, the message body should be 'subscribe nort'. in response to your initial email tedra will reply with two emails, the first automated response gives you generic instructions to follow in order to complete the subscription process (usually titled 'confirm subscribe to ...'). the second (usually entitled 'welcome to ...') confirms your subscription request. this is done in two steps in order to prevent someone else from subscribing you to a mailing list without your knowledge and/or approval.. if you don't receive both of these automated responses then there is a definite problem with your email account - sorry about that, but we won't be able to help out.. content and community.. nortlist is not moderated and never will be, we rely on you lot to 'self-police' it, we're the sheriffs and you're the deputies. seriously, we want the list to be somewhere to talk about music with your mates. think before you send stuff - if you know your email is going to piss somebody off, do you really have to send it?.. if you've got a problem to do with the list - mail one of us at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx and we'll see if we can help you.. oh, and aphex is better than autechre.. hope to see you soon!
