I can only describe what I consider minimalist by the specific artists.  In 
my opinion, check out Chain Reaction artists, especially Vainqueur.  
Panasonic, Pole, Richie Hawtin and my favorite for the moment, Thomas 
Brinkman.
"Hard" German stuff.


By the way, Spring Heel Jack isn't minimalist.  They just suck.  But I'm 
trolling now-
