tricky one that... when we at smallfish send stuff out, occasionally people do get taxed (tho' it seems pretty random)... we are in a double bind here...if we mark it as having no value (promotional etc) then if it gets damaged, we get no money back off the postie, but if you put the true value (ie what someone has paid) then people might get taxed at the other end... as the person who received it which would you go for? no, thinking about that it is pretty obvious...less money is probably better... it's amazing...US customs tax CDs at (i can't quite remember) 2.4cents per square meter!!!
