David Holmes's soundtrack to Out of Sight. Much more engaging than the Pi
soundtrack IMHO. I felt Pi as well as the Soundtrack were pretty mediocre,
even though it was low budget. Even with a low budget they could have
picked better tracks. Most of us have all the stuff on that soundtrack. To
me it sounded blasse. I felt like the guy who made the movie wanted to
include IDM-ish tracks to be cool, not to reinforce the film; to me this
is evident in track seletion. And they kept re-playing that one song with
the amen break and the really generic synth lines...it really got on my
nerves. I was pretty bored throughout Pi. But I know I'm a minority on
that one. IMHO there have been much more well done low-budget films.=20

Plus I think D. Holmes is dope as hell. all MHO...

anyhoo
