I asked Matt about the CD and he said mid to late January. It's going to be a two CD affair, with the second being a live mix by himself and Ed Rush. I forgot to ask if the first cd will include the ultra nasty 'life-crisis' rmx by Andy C or the Matrix rmx of 'Medicine' that were on that limited lp sampler that came out at the end of October. It was also my pleasure to hear a handful of new plates they cut before leaving for their Australia/New Zealand tour a few weeks ago. Bacteria and Gas Mask were the only two I remember the names of, and yes sir, they were sick! In related news, Optical's moved his studio into the No U turn complex in Acton. I'm not a 100% but I think the first release on No U Turn/Saigon for '99 might be a completely wicked optical remix of rymetyme's 'We Enter'. When I get a chance, I'll post a few reviews for all the jungle heads out there, including current and upcoming releases coming from the whole NUT crew. Peace out, brock out.
