Had the same problem... Owned this three times =)

1) sold, poor, needed cash. right after i got it.
2) cd wouldn't play (weird as it was only one of them... read the total
tracks but wouldn't play some of them)
3) got it and it actually had a hole in the plastic...! a little piece of the
cd was hanging off and there was a small hole (or rather, very deep
gouge) the cd seemed to play fine except for that part (there were
actually two places with plastic coming off the disc, but the second
produced a small skip only and it was not that noticeable)
    The other disc was fine...

Was playing that cd one day before heading off to Ameoba in San Fran,
the cd started freaking out and brought it along with me to trade in out
of complete frustration. (btw - ought of guilt I ended up pointing out the
flaws to the buyer, who said he saw it but they still took it!)

Never had any problems with Ninja stuff in the past... nothing but
quality product. As dissappointed as I was with that particular release
I'd buy Ninja stuff again in a second, just not that one =)

Anyone else have any problems? Or know if the Ninja were aware of
pressing problems? Too bad as there were some good tracks on it...
