I am late coming to this but I just got my copy. Rumors abound that this is either Andrew Weatherall or the two lone swordsman. I have played it out a few times and would lean towards it being tls. One track in particular (the one before the song composed of vocal snipets) has a signature tls sound to it. It may or may not be tls but if it isn't it is someone who was influenced by them.
