not the band, the magazine. not that either
is idm. but they had a little insert with
the title above in their latest issue. i was
surprised that they actually had kid koala
in there. i wonder who tipped them off.

of course they had norman cook a.k.a. fatboy slim
(is "norman cook a.k.a." the official way to say 
his name these days?), with the following pearls 
of wisdom:

"in america, people go out to see the dj for 
entertainment, like they would go to a gig. 
i've had thirty or forty people standing there 
watching me, and not dancing and not talking 
to each other. i call them trainspotters -
people who spend their weekends looking at trains 
and taking down their numbers."
