David: Is the shaft that goes thru the case metal? Looks like it in one = online picture. If it is, with care and needle nose pliers try to = gently pull it out. It might not be held by glue but by tension, since = its curved and shaped. If you can do that then your options widen up a lot to shop for new = colour caps keeping the old inserts. For that get a micrometer and start = measuring the knobs. Go to any knob manufacturerer/mouser/digikey =20 and you can download a similar specs sheet to see what measurements they = use and then measure your old one in the same places and then shop. If = it works share it online.
