Clint Mansell is/was one of the Pop Will Eat Itself crew. It's mostly a shame that PWEI is no more. The only reason I say mostly is now there's a hope they'll re-release everything before "This is the Day..." On another note, I snagged the new Autechre last night (Tower Records, $21.99) and overall I like it, but not as much as "Tri Repetae". I'm a bit new to IDM (the genre and the list) so I still have yet to get/listen to "Incunabula", "Amber", or "Chiastic Slide" tho' I know where I can find them all finally. Believe it or not, Best Buy has "Incunabula" and "Amber" for $11.99 each. JACKPOT! Finally, for those who were asking where to find decent stuff in Philly, a newer (7 months old or so) shop on South St. is State of the Art records a bit west of Tower Records, right next door to Comic Showcase. Selections so-so and prices are so-so, but they come through in a pinch. Digital Underground's selection is usually pretty good, even if they cater to a more industrial crowd. Finally delurked dilkus
