I don't see what the problem is. If an interested buyer doesn't respond to
your e-mails, and you don't receive money from him after a reasonable
period of time sell it to someone else. You don't have to ruin peoples
names over this for no reason.

ok. these will be my last public comments on this subject. i by no means meant
to start a flame war or another overblown list(s) controversy.

first of all, "spawnohell" verified _three times over_ that he was sending $
for items i had on hold for him. not getting it and not getting it, i had to
_repeatedly_ email him asking him what was up. after over a month of verifying
the money was coming he finally wrote back saying he changed his mind. this
was very uncool to string me along like that _for that long_, but perhaps i
should not have gone public on _him_ (admitedly, i was a bit heated already
over the below mr. gersham...) and perhaps spawn deserves another chance-
especially after reading his "formal apology".

HOWEVER, Gil Gersham is a different story. im not the only one who has had
problems w/ Mr Gil Gersham. i have had MANY many responses detailing how the
guy has screwed over many many people. he has a LOOOOONG history of this
evidently.(i am not out to unreasonably blacklist anyone!) he is ruining his
own name by his own behavior. my intention was to help the lists out by
alerting people of his behavior and thus hopefully not allowing him to
continue screwing even more people over! he has evidently promised money and
goods to many others w/o coming through, taking others money and goods in the
process. im NOT just whining that someone reasonably backed out of a trade
here- im saying that he drags people along for months, keeping goods he never
sent in kind trade for, failing to send promised money, etc. The list goes on
and on, from what i ve been told in the responses ive recieved from other list
members since posting my warning. He has owed LOTS of people both goods and
money, and the people that _did_ finally get their part of the deal from him
(NOT ALL OF THEM!) had to practically threaten to sue him for mail fraud. i am
glad that this time i was smart enough to not send his stuff ahead of time
(like i said this was a second chance from me to him- last trade i did with
him, i sent his stuff before i recieved payment and it took me over three
months to get my part of the deal from him, after constant emailing him/being
ignored. it should not be this way! period.) so if you have had a good
trade/purchase experience with him then, from both my own experience and from
what im being told by others who have dealt w/ him, count yourself lucky.

over and out on the subject-
