well,

I listened to the ben neill album last week and thought probably just the exact
opposite about it. It was totally formulated drum and bass, with some trumpet
over it.. really lame.. sounded like something moonshine would put out. His
album tryptical was probably one of my most favorite releases last year, and I
jumped at the chance to listen to it when it came in the store, but was let down
after listening to it, If your looking for down tempo, ambient trumpet
soundscapes, this album totally is just the opposite.

get the dj Krush album with the japanese trumpet player ( his name escapes me )
on apollo for some great ambient trumpet material.
