 ***More Shake:
 "The Life Of A Planet Raider" (from Various--"True People: The Detroit
Techno Album" on React/1996),
"Sandblaster" (from Various--"Detroit: Beyond The Third Wave" on
Astralwerks/1996), "March Into Darkness" and "Happy To Be Here" (from a
split 12" w/ Claude Young; it's the first Frictional release, actually,
from 1995);

Shake cowrote "I Believe" with the Burdens, a classic recorded in 1989
and still getting appreciated. Lawrence Burden talks about the
recording of "I Believe", not being paid for it, and lots more in a
recent Octave One interview
(go to http://www.globalserve.net/~cognition and click on "Octave One").

The RA is a 20 min excerpt from a 60 min interview done a couple of
weeks back. A long feature will be going up on the Cognition Audioworks
website this week that goes into more detail on "I Believe" and the
early Octave One/430 West days. Thanks. Andrew
