Mike also adds random crazy processing of bjork's vocals and the occassional addition of some sparce squelchy, crunchy rephlex-style percussion. the cdep #1 is ok but i much prefer the Fatcat 12" because ther Funkstroung b-side is so good. The second Bjork: Hunter cdep contains remixes by Beck and Gus Gus. The Beck mix is of her track called Alarm Call. He gives it's a cheesy electronic sound that's really all over the board but that's Beck's thing. The real gem is the Skothus remix of Hunter by Gus Gus. The Gus Gus guys drop almost all of the original and rework Hunter into a great 4x4 techno track sounding like something that Gez Varley or Mark Bell would come up with. I never realized that Gus Gus were so accomplished at techno. -->-Lance--- p.o. box 450715 westlake, ohio 44145 united states
