Just picked this up today. Sonically, this release carries on the ideas in "The Richard James album" but overall is a bit harder. There are a lot of interesting percussive sounds--metallic, resonant, and deep. Track 4, "Bucephalus Bouncing Ball" is very, very, good (I found myself playing it over and over again). It's interesting that he seems to be carrying on this theme of childhood. The album cover has the warped face of Richard D. himself superimposed over the faces of children (an odd effect to say the least). Several of the tracks also have little kids speaking on them. Definitely worth a listen. -Jeremy ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.owt.com/users/conflux c o n f l u x ignotum per ignotius ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
