since no one mentioned these yet: emanuel gotsching: e2-e4... let me just put it this way: it will blow you away. minimal idm, something like orbital vs lego feet... one long track which constantly changes and evolves... beautiful. (from 1981) klaus schulze: black dance... fucking great. this is trance from the 70s w/ spacey melodies on top... also way ahead of its time... there is another klaus schulze track called 'totem', which is brilliant (very autechre like pulsating/changing beats) but i don't know the album which it originaly appears on... i hear its on the silver collection...? anyone have info on this...? edgar froese: aqua... no beats on this one... but it's amazing... kicks the shit out of aphex as far as 'sonic invention' is concrened... weird oscillating synths, which sometimes fall into 'organic' rhythyms meshed with occasional melodies... great trip music.. ;-) (from 1972) peace.... :spacecake:
