I didn't like this too much. Hell, I returned it, actually. Too Darla/post-rock sounding to me. I was expecting a little more rhythmic/bleepy content. All those melancholic spanish vocals and the strumming kind of grated. To paraphrase those older folks who complain about grindcore and industrial music: I just don't get that depressed anymore, y'know? Actually, I don't think I've ever felt as sad and hopeless as this record made me think I ought to feel. Oh well. Tom
