That was an excellent show. Turned me on to a lot of new music. First time I watched it, I remember The Residents doing bits from there 'King & I' show on there. Freaked me out that they were on latenight cable TV. That would have ran about the same time they toured that show over here, so it must have been around '88 or something. If I remember correctly, everyone who performed each week did the final music piece together. Made for some excellent or hideous results. I also seem to remember David Sanborn having a particularly awesome white guy 'fro. Jeff
