The overall sound of the singles is very much done in a world music style (hell, I could see some of it being released on Peter Gabriel's Real World label). The singles are definitely more straight forward (if not popish) than other BD releases (there are a couple of exceptions though). A definite try before you buy it release. The Jimmy Cauty remix on CD1 imho is a highlight. But then again I am a sucker for anything KLF related. As for not for threes being light years ahead...well that is a whole different can of worms... -daniel Head Monkey Mad Monkey Records
