'jestalt' would be a soft "g". the word should be pronounced "geshtalt"
(with a hard g like 'guess'), and therefore gescom would theoretically
be "geshcom"...which is not necessarily how anyone involved would
actually pronounce it, considering that most people say 'gestalt' with a
soft g and an english 's' sound (as opposed to a german 's' sound).
