The beats are mostly down-tempo, but there's very little sampling or lo-fi. It's pretty much all synth with programmed drum parts. Emphasis on that forgotten archaism - MELODY. Beautiful moods and textures. These tracks have appeared on many comps, so if you like any of them - "Transmit Liberation" is a stand-out mood piece - go for this album.
