I did a similar mod with my SH-101: I removed the 2nd octave narrow pulse sub from the sub-switch and fed the triangle out to the this switch position (you have to buffer it). The out of the sub-osc-switch is fed again to the "noise" position of the LFO (I never use the noise as modulation source). So I have either the suboscillator or the triangle as modulation source for the VCF. Florian
