hello.. mouse on mars' glam is very expensive, everywhere i've seen it. does anyone have it who feels like arranging a trade of some sort? let me know, im feelin' the mom groove a lot these days. also, orbital is touring the uk with plaid, i know. are they coming to the us? i heard recently there were tentative plains to bring plaid, ae, and some other warp folks over here, over the past year and a half or so. any update on that? ..so i recently bought the windowlicker video. not too much talk about this on list; is everyone scared to say what they think? :) i liked it.. it seems like its set up in several segments, (intro, dance, driving, dance more, wine bottle part) and the music changes accordingly; the editing is also really well done. there's an old school aphexey breakdown midway, in the second dancey segment. all in all, not GREAT but good, and definately worth buying for $4. i wonder how long aphex + cunningham are going to collaborate for? it'd be interesting to see some longer pieces .. and perhaps some that appeal to subtler emotions besides fear and humor. ;) instead of albums, aphex can release videos from now on.. finally, for those who are interested, the residents are coming to new york. the bad news? expensive!! $35, i think. that's all for now.. noah
