SANCTIMONIOUS TECHNO ANGER

After a half-page feature in a previous issue compilmenting our music,
style and the hard work we have done for the drum'n'bass scene, why the
f--- did you have some worn out, old, narrow-minded rock journalist do
the drum'n'bass reviews (Steven Wells' Groove Check, October25)? Where
was the professionalism that is normally associated with your
publication?

DECODER, BRISTOL

The so called professionalism that you erroneously associate with our
paper and buggered off to the pub
In its absence, we decided to have a right old bugh by making a mockery
of you and all you've ever done for the, ahem, 'drum'n'bass scene'.
Simply put, it was a sinister and premeditated attempt to destroy you,
and it certainly wasn't anything to do with different writers having,
like, different opinions. I hope that's cleared things up for you -

JO (James Oldham)
