I might of been interested in it 4 years ago...maybe. I would (and did) definitely pass on it. There is just way better stuff out there. > Global Goon doesn't get the recognition he deserves > period! > > Thievery Corp, is a whole different bag when > compared to Rephlex. Really interesting. Right! That's why i like them. The last Global Goon we got at the ex-store was really not that impressive. > >> biggest crap on rephlex in '98: > >> > >> electromegamix2 > > You don't go out dancing much, eh? First of all, that wasn't my quote. And yes I do go dancing but it's to more aggressive forms of techno/drum n bass (usually). I haven't heard a really good electro dj spin since Mark Broom on the Autechre/Spacetime Continuum tour (years back). I thought he was really good and danced for his whole set (I believe). I should of gone to see Dave Clarke spin, but everyone else on the bill looked shite. And i was already going to a few shows that same week. Top techno djs I saw last year Vainqueur - great with three tables all going at the same time. When he had Kraftwerk - Tour De France playing with Maurizio - M5, and another records going. That impressed the hell out of me!! Richie Hawtin The Swedes - Cari Lekebusch, Adam Beyer, Joel Mull Stacey Pullen Top drum n bass djs i saw last year Ed Rush Optical J Majik Doc Scott John B FIERCE Cheers _________________________________________________________ DO YOU YAHOO!?
