     Well, I think PSF is a good candidate for the "perfect label" award. 
Almost all of their over 100 releases can easily be categorized as essential
(at least for my tastes), and even though the audience for most of their stuff
is probably much more limited than that of Skam's, the vast majority of their
output is made readily available and seems to stay in print for quite a while.
On the other hand, a good analogy to Skam in the contemporary psych world would
be Xotic Mind, who make most of their releases impossible to find on
purpose. Great label, but it can get quite annoying at times, just like Skam.

     Sorry to go on about psych-related stuff on an IDM list, anyway. I do think
they're the two genres that have the highest ratio of collector-nonsense in
all of underground music, though.
