Sometimes having a one trick pony that can do a trick nothing else can
is a good thing.

I am currently restoring an ARP/Solina String Ensemble for a studio,
the early one with the ORB33 delay BBDs. It has that high sweet silky
sound that that cuts through anything. The horn preset with the
chorus ensemble FX makes a good ethereal pad. It doesn't do much
else, but when you need "those sounds" it does them very well.

The owner has graciously offered use of it for future projects. I had
emulated the Solina ensemble FX with my Korg-3300 and would be
interested in perfecting that emulation.
