I have total respect for Kid Koala, hes certainly got mad skills.... i
personally
find his stuff a bit cliched. I really dont like the ninja tune style
..so all those
wacky vocal samples on the ninja 10" start to get a bit annoying after a

few listens. I dig Q-bert for the way he switches time signatures all
the time
easily skipping between 4/4, 3/4 and 7/8, plus he can do a whole set
with
just one record.... or two copies of one record. But then ive never seen

either live, plenty of videos and mixtapes. so im basing my judgement on

how they sound rather than perform (both of which are equally valid i
guess)
kid koala could be a better performer for the crowds, but id rather
watch
Q-bert standing there composed with that look on his face any day
:-)....

and you lot moan that we have all these good shows in the UK!!.. ive
seen
Squarepusher live too many times now... id eagerly swap a few for an ISP

or X-men gig ;-)
