(idm) RAC

who is/was RAC? i've picked up their stuff
on warp and liked it quite a bit. don't
really ever remember hearing about them 
in these parts.

also, who is richard brown? his name is all
over a lot of the early warp stuff (half of
rhythm invention, wasn't he?).
