Well, there is Syntaur KeyRenew, which really does work amazingly well: https://syntaur.com/KeyRenew.html It will clean off the grime, polish out light scratches, and get off the = sticker residue - though hitting that sticker stuff with some rubbing = alcohol first is probably a good idea.
