Not sure if this has been replied to yet, if so, excuse it, but the law (in
america) is no more than 4 measures of music. So if you have some extra
fast techno, that could be less than 3 seconds, but more if it's slow like
Suess. But, this is for music, so i'm not sure whut the case would be if
you were sampling voices talking or something. Welp that was my 3 sentences
