Some more interesting music news for you... - A new UK label has started up called District Six that looks to be filling the void left buy the folding of the Clear label. The first release is a four track ep by=20 Metamatics. Upcoming releases on District Six include=20 an ep and album from katsen, a metamatics remix ep, a=20 swayzak ep, a clatterbox ep, an la sythesis ep, and a=20 new ep from the horn. - Thomas Brinkmann is still hard at work. There is a new=20 Ernst 12" (#6), Max.Ernst&Freunde 12" (#2), and Ester=20 Brinkmann cd on Suppos=E9 all due out within the month.=20 Next month three more eps will be released on Max.Ernst &Freunde #3,4,5) as well as another Ernst 12" (#7). - Worm interface have really sped up their release schedule the past few months releasing cds from Himuro Nichiyobi, Jake Mandell, Solar X, and soon from Plasmalamp. This new album, called Void Travelling, will be the first full- length by Paul Verma who has recorded several eps as Plavalamp and various other guises for Worm Interface and the Canadian Switch labels. This 8-track cd is a=20 "combination of raw electronica and oxygen tank ambience=20 that provides a necessary breathing space from the=20 mundane pressures of the day-to-day." - Miami's Chocolate Industry label will have a new cd ep out next month by Ko-Wreck Technique called Ko- Wrecktion. Ko-Wreck Technique is a collaboration between Push Button Objects and turntablist DJ Craze and is said to be an intreguing mix of hip hop and techno.
