Please excuse the slightly off-topic post but I just installed Easy CD Creator 4.0 on my computer (so I can burn both wav and mp3) and it refuses to recognize my burner. The odd thing is that when I go to TOOLS --> SYSTEM TEST, it shows my HP CD-Writer 9300 just fine. As soon as I try to burn I get the following error message: There are no supported CD-Recorders available. Ensure that your CD-Recorder is powered on and that all cables are properly connected. You may also need to update Easy CD Creator to recognize your CD-Recorder. To update Easy CD Creator select Web-Checkup from the internet menu. I have done all that. The cables are fine, the CD-Recorder is on. When I go to the Web-Checkup it tells me that I have the latest version and no updates are necessary. The odd thing is that I can burn using my old Easy CD Creator but not this new version. What am I doing wrong? Please help! I have tons of mp3s on my HD and I can't burn them on CD to listen to them in the car... :~( Pedro Cevallos -- "...beginning in the fourteenth century, the clock made us into time-keepers, and then time-savers, and now time-servers.
