I fitted a hxc2001 drive to my TX16W sampler when its internal disc drive failed last year. Getting it set up was a bit of a faff, and took a while. Like the one mentioned upthread, it needed to have its connector cable mounted upside down. Also, in order to transfer my existing sounds over to the card in the drive, I needed to have a PC with an internal FDD - for...some....reason (gestures vaguely)it wouldn't work with an external usb floppy drive . Anyway, it all works now and is absolutely great. I'm looking at SCSI card drives for the 2 samplers I have with a SCSI port at the moment.
