I fitted a hxc2001 drive to my TX16W sampler when its internal disc
drive failed last year.  Getting it set up was a bit of a faff, and
took a while.  Like the one mentioned upthread, it needed to have its
connector cable mounted upside down.  Also, in order to transfer my
existing sounds over to the card in the drive, I needed to have a PC
with an internal FDD - for...some....reason (gestures vaguely)it
wouldn't work with an external usb floppy drive
.  Anyway, it all works now and is absolutely great.   I'm looking at
SCSI card drives for the 2 samplers I have with a SCSI port at the
moment.
