Hello,

I'm sorry about the problems with the unit. From the distance it's difficult
to make a diagnosis. I'd recommend to initialize the unit as described in
the user's manual. If this does not help the unit has to be sent in for
repair.
In this case please follow the repair notes on the FAQ page of our website:

If the unit is no longer covered by warranty you may also send it to our UK
representative (EMIS). Andy Horell of EMIS is very experienced with repairs.
