(although asking the females on the list if they are good looking or not may be stretching the boundaries a bit) at this point idm seems to be pretty well developed, and even if it doesnt have the most accurate title, we know what its about and can still contribute. and as far as describing it to people "not in the know", i cant think of many genres that immediately come to mind if you use a one word description. if someone says they like jazz, that could literally mean one of dozens of styles, eras, etc. we dont have it harder than anyone else. cl
