Florian hits the nail on the head! Thanks! These footswitches you've linked to are by far the closest in style (95% identical?). Thinking about it, the owner is German, so that also figures. (I guess there might have been a pedal manufacturer who sold gear to a lot of manufacturers, in the same way as ARP, Moog and SCI all seemed to buy in the same little metal footswitch. But the style of the lettering is pretty conclusive, I think.) I wonder if Dynacord designed the CLS-222 to be able to use these footswitches - that could be useful. The more modern version that went with the CLS-222 does have two switches and a stereo jack plug.
