gescom vs ad vanz - viral - 12" - fat cat records - 12fat009 second release in fat cat' split 12" series. this release sees autechre' rob brown join forces with skam dj rob hall (aka ad vanz), who previously collaborated on gescom's first release. the track comes along as a typical autechre track, and is formed entirely from buck rogers samples. fine strings meet fine electronic beat scapes, a strong track. side b brings us two tracks of foehn aka debbie manning, former partner of third eye foundation. especially the spacey 'funeral in space' turns out pretty well. fine release. ____________________________________ forcefield | mindless entertainment http://www.sonik.demon.nl/forcefield
