This post was send private, but since a few people had asked about 'spider-net' I thought I'd post the reply to the list. jeff wrote: > > Brock Suter wrote: > > > > ps: I don't know what's up with 'spider net'. I picked nico up at the airport tonight and we were chilling and gabbing about records and I asked him. He said it was himself and his friend, paul (I believe), who he started Saigon together with. I told him I really liked it a lot and he was 'yah, really?'. 'Hell yes' was my answer and he said, 'maybe we'll do another one soon'. ----------- On the Saigon front, there are great things happening. They've just finished putting together the Saigon LP and the line-up is amazing. I haven't heard it yet, but I'm going to listen to the dats tomorrow. The weird thing is it's mostly a bit harder then the majority of the saigon releases so far. I asked about this and nico's reply was that the main reason for Saigon was to break new artists in the jungle scene and to give established artists a outlet for different styles then what they might normally put out. Sounds good to me. I'll try to post a track listing tomorrow. peace, brock np: loud rain here in sunny southern california.
