+1 on these comments. I have been enjoying pairing the Peak with an =
Infinite Response Vax77 controller that sends Poly Aftertouch and =
getting some wonderful CS-80-like PolyAT brass and related sounds. The =
PolyAT implementation is just =E2=80=9CAftertouch=E2=80=9D in the mod =
matrix and treats channel and poly AT the same from a programming =
perspective.

I haven=E2=80=99t had a chance to play with the FM implementation. I =
wasn=E2=80=99t terribly impressed with all of the wavetables but I =
wasn=E2=80=99t looking for a Solaris replacement.

I=E2=80=99ll be bringing my Peak to the AHNE/Boston Modular New England =
Winter Synth Fest this Saturday if someone wants to try it out.

Since "classic" synth designs tended to feature only two EGs, think of =
this as getting a free envelope. Ditto with the LFOs; the bonus ones =
are only accessible through menu diving, but there are two directly =
addressable from front panel controls.

single modulator.

If you have one, is that a problem or is it no big deal?=20

let me know. I also have a few Roland Boutiques I'd be willing to trade =
