Props to Aaron for his laboriously comprehensive review of the Andy vvm/ Speedranch show at Orchard. Nice to see such a truthful and appreciative review ( if not the *longest* review in the history of IDM) : ) It was a blast. I caught Andy's set and Spooky's but missed Speed's ( hey c'mon, I have to get up at 7!) Anyways, these Mancunians are amazing chaps and make/dj some great music....and they drink a *lot* of beer. I am acting as an IDM liason for them as neither of them have computers or are online ( tremendous respect in 1997 for pulling *that* off ). Anyways, for those who have already contacted me on getting a hold of them to play/do whatever in *your* American city ( you know who you are ) your info has been well passed along. Andy has all of your names and phone numbers. For anyone else, email me and when I speak with them ( generally every couple of weeks ) I will pass the word on.
