also of course remixes of the same, by thomas brinkmann.  i gather that
his treatment of the original is fairly minimal.. i am told that he played
the original records on a custom turntable with a second,
adjustably-positioned stylus.  

err.. maybe this has already been discussed, but does anyone know quite
why, apart from the conceptual or visual aesthetics, one might prefer une
telle hydraique tt to.. say.. two turntables or a simple delay? 

also, if someone could point me to a t. brinkmann disco-graphy, i'd be
much obliged.  thank you,
