this is the second release off of the NYC-based label, Beat Furrer, the
first being the "Dain Bramage/Storm" 12" also from Traficc, which is even 
noisier than the one you have, of which both sides are untitled btw.  i
haven't been able to find any info on the internet on this label, but the
guy at the record shop said they're both self-released...

btw, Traficc's stuff kinda calls to mind Merzbow's new-ish "1930"
(Tzadik) - which is sparser, not too thick, and like Traficc, minimal
pulse oriented.  i quite like this new direction Merzbow seems to be
taking (actually, i haven't heard "Tauromachine" yet, but it'll be in my
mailbox soon i hope), which i guess isn't all that new, since i can see it
having some strange affinities with Merzbow's early 80's output.  btw,
anyone want to buy my copy of "Metalvelodrome"?...i could really use the
100 or so bucks, though, parting with it would be very painful for me...
