I've been doing a mix show for a commercial radio station for two years
now, as long as I have been on the list. I have been hesitant to post
playlists because of the obligations that commercial radio imposes on
me. (ie. Crystal Method comes to town. Kids know CM, kids want tix to
CM, kids will listen to show if CM is played and tix are given away. An
audience is brought to a sponsor and the commercial aesthetic has been
served.)
I do, however, try to incorporate many of the artists discussed on this
list. This satisfies my artistic aesthetic.
Anyway, my show is nowhere as underground as Inaudible, but I do try to
make it sound interesting and with credibility.
