Not sure about the logistics of hosting just about anything you deem 'listworthy' on yr personal website. You must some some real nice/liberal ISP. Check w/the feds first man, avoid any & all strife... >I have them as Japanese imports ( $24? ). I bought them in NYC. Oh yeah, VERY in print. Japan only, $24 sounds right. Incidentally the Germanofon versions are total shite, mastered from POOR vinyl copies. I had the Germanafon 'Music Von', it actually skips rather audibly in a few places & sounds generally ass. Japanes ones are legit (Polydor) master tape reishes, 20 bit I believe. Sound very full-of-life... Check Bent Crayon or Forced Exposure, I doubt PJ will dig this deep into seminal back catalogue... >>From: "Michael Upton" <xxx.xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx> >>Just talking with a new found friend last night about the two Harmonia >>albums, and he was saying he'd rate them as two of the best albums >>evvvvvvvvver. He was very emphatic about how timeless they were, and how >>it was such a bummer that everyone went "Kraut-rock supergroup? >>Whatever..." because it combined everything cool about Cluster and Neu!.. >>I'm intrigued, to say the least. They're definitely in my top 5 ever of Kraut/Psych records. Harmonia was Moebius/Roedelius (Cluster) w/Rother (Neu). Perfect mix of Cluster's synth vocabulary & Neu's beat. And some nice phased/fuzzed guitar bits to boot. "Music Von Harmonia", album #1: clearly the best. Ultimate bliss out, etc... Essential. -Våt ____________________ Reckankreuzungsklankewerkzeuge PO BOX 382864. Cambridge, MA 02238 http://www.tiac.net/users/sheket/index.html
