Finally, this project is on my bench. Doing this install this weekend. Will report back to the list with either joy or requests for advice. First issue is that my Banana is wired for a 2K ROM and the MIDI ROM is 4K. So I have to hook up the missing address line. Then I get to drill holes into the metal work for the MIDI jacks. This is the nastiest part of the job. The last time I drilled into steel I made a complete mess of it.
