Whoops, deleted that dot related thing, but Japanese-only releases are special due to Japan's restrictions on non-Japanese music. From memory, either things have to be released there prior to anywhere else, or have exclusive tracks on them. I think it's supposed to be a disincentive for importing, put in place to support local music. Michael np.
