of all these, i've only ever seen 4 in stores (i own 2 of those). skam
releases, however, are easily available around here. i found the
jega-ska009 at a few places. same for the push button objects which i
gave a listen to only to nevermind it -- which is what i should have
done with ska009. i guess like many i was drawn to this label mostly
because of boards of canada, but i didn't like anything else that they
put out, except the 0161 comp, which is with v/vm anyway so it doesn't count.

anyway, i disgress. my point is that i've wanted to buy the o.s.t.
record for a while but it's impossible to find around here. i've never
ever seen an arovane record although i've heard the name dropped quite a
few times. i have no clue who djak-up-bitch are.

so, i'd have to agree with you about skam; hell, they _are_ called SKAM
for god's sake. (& i'm not even attempting to guess what music aus
strom _really_ means!)

this is purely subjective content, please don't scream at me. i just
tend to be indifferent to that music although i can understand its
appeal, but to be honest, autechre seem like such forward-looking
musicians it baffles me that the music they endorse is so tame &
unchallenging. or maybe they don't really have that much say in who
gets signed. what do i know.
