The triggers were coming in ok. Its really a mess inside my DR-110. Ancient battery acid damage everywhere. Scrubbed the whole inside down with vinegar, then baking soda and water, then cleanup with alcohol. The bad transistor turned out to be Q12 "2SC2603-F" that gates the digital noise signal. Good news, this is a super easy and cheap to get transistor. The 2SA1115-F's seem dear. Not sure if this is the first transistor to jump on if one runs into problems. It seems that they will fail unpredictably as Tony suggested. The only trick is the very oldest one... sit down and read the schematics. I noticed that the boards are super delicate. I normally solder hot but I had to dial it back to 325 degrees Celsius and I still managed to homer simpson a few pads. So now I wait for 10 2SC2603-F's to come from China. $5 including shipping. Hope they are legit. Thanks to everyone for your help. Will report back in a few weeks when the parts arrive and I can finish the repair.
